Baywatch

What is Baywatch?

The Baywatch Campaign NI seeks to end the abuse of parking bays provided for disabled people.  The Campaign does this by challenging the attitudes of other members of the public through high profile events.  We also work with service providers to improve the provision and enforcement of accessible bays.

Over the year we will be holding a number of events to highlight Baywatch.  For an update on current activities visit the latest events section.

Each year we hold a parking survey to assess the level of abuse of bays.  You can download information about Baywatch including survey forms from this web page.  The next parking survey is planned for 2010.

If you are a service provider and would information about Baywatch or would like advice on providing accessible parking contact us.

The Baywatch Campaign has run for a number of years in Great Britain.  For more information you can visit their website.
