I go to get on a bus here and the driver just looks at you if he sees that you need help he looks out the window as if he does not know you are finding it hard to get on the bus. I went to france and l could not believe it the drivers stop the bus they also get out and put the ramp down for you and ask if you are ok and help you on the bus. Why can we not get the same service here in belfast, if you ask to get the bus lowered you get a dirty look and then he lets the bus down.
I have travelled to Belfast by train recently and found all the railway staff most helpful, pleasant and courteous. If your business is in the centre of Belfast it is an enjoyable experience and you have no hassle wondering where to park your car.
