Imtac has teamed up with RNID to run an event for deaf and hard of hearing people about transport. The Transport Matters Event is an opportunity to discuss for deaf and hard of hearing people to discuss problems getting around and how things could be made better. As well as representatives from Imtac there will also be someone at the event from Translink and the Department for Regional Development.
The event will be held in the Europa Hotel, Belfast, on the 21st March 2007 starting at 7pm. Sign language interpreters and electronic notetakers will be available at the event. Tea and coffee is available from 6.30pm.
