Free travel on public transport for older people throughout the island of Ireland has begun. The concession is available to people aged 65 and over in possession of a Senior Smartpass.
Smartpass holders are reminded to check their expiry date on their current pass as a number of passes are now due for renewal. The DRD has set up a helpline for people who need further information - call 0845 600 0049.
