This a report into surveys undertaken by Imtac in April and May of 2019 looking at the number of vehicles displaying a Blue Badge parked on-street in Belfast City Centre. The report focuses in particular on the impact of restrictions to parking created by the City Centre fire at Primark in August 2018.
